2. Upon completion get analytics of the workout results
3. Learn from it
4. Compare your results with gym-mates or celebrity athletes
The app will help you to know:
1. Transition time
2. How much time you spend on each set
3. How consistent are you during the workout
Some CrossFit experience is recommended.
